Property Management
Balch Enterprises’ property management team will work with you to determine your needs – from the size of the suite, the type of building, and the type of lease. As we have our own in-house Construction department, our team can complete any Tenant Improvements to make your space perfect.
Once you are moved in, our Property Managers are readily available for any of your needs and are backed by a full service Maintenance Department. We utilize our information systems to keep you informed of your Lease’s accounting and important dates via email (and we do not sell your information!).

Construction
For over 50 years we have been able to save our clients considerable time and money when completing their construction projects from basic tenant improvements to a Build-to-Suit project. We would appreciate the opportunity to show you how we can do the same for you.
We provide land and site selection analysis, feasibility studies, and cost estimates with a focus on identifying critical decisions to avoid hidden development problems or costs. We also can prepare lender packages and assist with obtaining financing to meet our client’s needs.
We can utilize our in-house Architect and Engineer, or work with yours, to design a cost effective design that meets your needs. We work closely with the City Building and Planning departments to try and minimize the approval timeline.
We utilize our construction team to complete the project with positive cost controls, on time and on budget, with a constant eye for details. We provide Construction Management services to make sure that your facility or improvement is ready when you want it to be.
Consulting
Whether you are considering building a new or buying an existing facility and remodeling it to fit your needs, we can help! Utilizing our experience as a Builder, Developer, and a commercial property Owner, we have personal experience of what can truly lower your operating costs and increase the return on your investments.
Utilize our in-house Architect and Engineer, our Construction Managers, and our Financing team; we can guide you on your potential future investment. We will identify opportunities to save you money and time. Many of our customers utilize our services when targeting an acquisition to determine critical factors such as the quality of the site and original construction, the estimated costs of rehabilitation, and the time to obtain governmental approvals based upon their unique needs.
